    I’m no expert in nutrition or whatsoever, but I do believe that a good part of people’s health problems are due to…laziness.

    Instead of taking some time to do exercise and also read/research about the nutritional value of foods/drinks (e.g., by reading blogs like this one), people just buy whatever is advertised as ‘healthy’ and relax.

    The worst of the seven deadly sins in my opinion? Sloth, and definitely not gluttony.

    An interesting blog. Did you know that ‘Cancer Research’ wrote an article that essentially stated that aspartame was safe to consume. I was shocked by this as ||I expected them to err more on the side of caution.
