I agree with you, though I think 2 litres may even be too little. Flushing your system with water frequently will help run toxins out of your body. I tend to think that the solution to acne lies well below the skin level.

I believe this may be one of the causes for PCOS. This is just my opinion. My daughter suffers from this condition and the only thing I can see that could have contributed to it, is the excess of antibiotics. I think it may have caused an imbalance in her intestines and snowballed into an absorption problem. I know this sounds far fetched but anything is possible. Please respond pro or con.
