Thank you for resuming your podcasts. I do enjoy listening to them – it is a great addition to the written posts.
I barely use olive oil. I generally fry in butter, and don’t really eat salads at the moment. I also hate the extra virgin stuff. Should I ditch olive oil altogether, on the basis that I use inferior (cheap, non extra virgin) stuff and that it’s unlikely that I’ll know if I’m getting the hydrogenated rubbish?
