Nice show again. Garmin is again gluten free in the Tour, btw. I’ve become a fat adapted aging weekend athlete and it’s truly the way forward. A few of my cycling buddies (half my age) are on board as well.

This recent paper shows that low carb eating dies not affect exercise performance and reflects my own experience. PIty the study was not with HIIT training which is what I now do with no negative effects even though my work outs are pre breakfast!
