4. Have heard recently water absorbed through food is the best way to absorb it? I try and sip water when I can not gulp it.
9. Have your Vit. D levels gone up since taking the supplement?I am taking it on my son’s advice (a keen advocate of your column). As I am already on meds. for depression and (currently) high blood pressure it is psycholigically yet another pill to take? I wonder if an hour’s walk in daytime every day would be suffiecient?
10. Deffo!Though mine usually seem to involve money! For example a £1 coin in a street musician’s instrument case, or asking a sight disabled person with a stick if they would like help crossing a road.
