    Another worrying thing is the number of adverts advertising stomach stapling or the like in this country. I cannot understand how one can be well nourished with a stomach the size of a thumb. In my practice I see so mnay people who say tey cant cook and live on processed foods. THis is the main problem

    Sibce dietary fat is not a primary cause of body fat, a drug that is said to block fat absorbtion seems meaningless to me. So why use Orlistat/Xenical in the first place, regardless of its effectiveness or lack of it? As I understand it, its purpose is only to stop people from eating fat. Why should they?
