		<description>It's perfectly possible to make a healthy pizza. I've had gorgeous home made pizza with fresh veg on top, and tomato sauce is good for you. There are far worse things among processed foods and especially take aways.

		<description>My believe is to make the so called "comercial pizza" a healthy option, it should be served with pleanty raw vegetables, to minimize the effects of wheat.
The huge portions served in restaurants is just a profitable nonsense.
And it is going to take a while to convince the vast majority of Britons to make raw salds a main course and not side dishes, as they are used to.
As an ex-chef, I make my pizza base with herbs and a mixture of flours, such as rye ot barley.</description>
