Hi, I have been interested in why Warburtons seem to pop up lately in so-called research about bread. I found that their profits are declining (so still considerable, I would think at 16.3m), see http://www.independent.co.uk/news/business/analysis-and-features/baker-using-its-loaf-as-profits-are-sliced-7936481.html, and that they are mobilising their marketing department. I can understand that they try to run their business as best as they can; what is appalling is the willingness of nutritionists and also the media to play along.
