“I can’t believe it’s not better” is probably the funniest thing I’ve heard all week. Great show!

I enjoyed this podcast while basking in the sun – without sunscreen :) Thanks!

A good friend (a gp) whilst not on board with the fat isn’t necessarily bad way of thinking, explained to me that he doesn’t do any testing of his patients for vitamin D. The test, he says, is expensive and they are all deficient. He and his family all take a once a month supplement of 150000 IU of D beginning May (our winter). I think I’ll get a script. Good idea?

The sun is definitely casting a shadow at noon longeer than I am tall… not difficult.
